Hello, I'm Pamela
I’m a San Francisco native who returned to the Bay Area after living in Manhattan and London for 25 years. I’m fascinated with the storytelling capabilities of photography. I’m a person who climbs up on ladders and crouches on the ground with my camera, always looking for the best light, the most flattering angles and beautiful backgrounds. I’ve had my photography business for 12 years, I’ve photographed hundreds of people and won some accreditation awards, and I still love what I do. But really this is about you! My clients are entrepreneurs who are passionate about their small businesses. They are warm and engaging, creative and thoughtful. They juggle many different roles and find that the days are never long enough to accomplish all their interests. They connect with many people, but don't always have the visual tools to effectively communicate what makes them unique. The impact of family photos can take my breath away. Grateful to have these images of my mother and great-grandmother.

Imagine that a fantastic classical Pilates studio opens minutes from your home where the two co-owners trained at your favorite NYC Pilates studio. This is my reality. The Studio Marin is a light filled space with incredibly knowledgeable instructors who specialize in really getting to know their clients. I loved collaborating with Sarah and Carolyn to create these images.

Eight years ago Pooneh Yamini had a dream of going to Paris to Patisserie school. And, just like Audrey Hepburn in Sabrina, she made it happen! Mon Rêve is the culmination of that dream and Pooneh offers amazing chocolate and patisserie workshops at her studio in the beautiful Mill Valley Lumber Yard. Her workshops are creative, fun and inspiring. Perfect for groups and parties!
